ATTENDANCE POLICY:
We hope to see your child each week at class! To ensure optimal staffing and preparation, missed classes will not result in prorated tuition or refunds, but we are happy to work with you on make up classes as needed. EDGE is not open on holidays; tuition will be prorated for that month if classes fall on a holiday. Please check social media or the session calendar to confirm if the gym is open or not.
GROUP APPOINTMENT POLICY:
This facility allows a single student to book a Group Appointment timeslot and invite other students to attend, up to the maximum allowed number of enrollments. However, any fees for this Appointment booking will be the sole responsibility of the student who booked the Appointment. This facility's staff will not be responsible for "splitting" the Appointment fee among multiple accounts. Any "split fee" arrangements will need to be handled externally by the families involved.
WHAT TO WEAR:
Boys and Girls may wear tucked-in T-shirts and shorts OR Leotards for Girls. NO chewing gum or dangling jewelry. Personal items should be left in cubby holes. This facility staff will not be responsible for any items that may be lost or stolen. Be sure your student's personal items are marked with their name.
ARRIVAL AND PICKUP:
Be sure your student arrives 5 minutes before his/her scheduled class time. Please pick up your student on time. Please inform us if you know you will be late picking up your student. Instruct your student to wait inside the building and you should escort them from the building to your car. During peak times the parking lot is crowded. Please take into consideration that our students may include young children. Please drive slowly and carefully.

TUITION:
An active credit or debit card is required to register for classes. Monthly tuition can be paid by credit/debit card, cash or check. EDGE has a convenient auto-pay system which enables families to pay by the credit/debit card on file every month. For your convenience, EDGE will bill your credit/debit card on the 25th of each month for the next month’s tuition, thereby ensuring your child’s continued class/team status. Enrollment is ongoing until the parent unenrolls via the customer portal or communication with staff. We reserve the right to unenroll children that have delinquent accounts.
PAYMENT POLICIES:
Class tuition is billed on a monthly basis with an average of 4 weeks per month. Enrollment and payment takes place through our customer portal. Changing classes (day, time or class) is permitted at any time but dependent upon class availability.
An annual family registration fee of $30 is due upon enrollment for the first time a child is enrolled each calendar year.
A valid credit or debit card is required for registration and will be charged on the 25th of each month.
REFUNDS:
EDGE does not offer credits or refunds once payment has been made, except for long-term injuries/illnesses verified by a doctor.
DISCOUNTS:
We offer a 10% discount on multiple classes for one child and/or for multiple students from one family, and a 10% discount for single parents and families with a parent in active duty.
